The Riverbend area includes Riverbend Business Park and Technology Park. Riverbend Business Park consists of 7 acres and is located south of Menards. Technology Park consists of approximately 34 acres ranging in size from 2.0 to 5.3 acres. The estimated sale price range is $60,000 to $80,000 per acre (November 2005). The park is owned by the Port Authority of Winona.
