The Riverbend area includes Riverbend Business Park and Technology Park. Riverbend Business Park consists of 7 acres and is located south of Menards and Walmart. The land is retail oriented & priced at $7 – $10 per square foot.
Technology Park consists of approximately 34 acres, 21 acres remain available, ranging in size from 2.0 to 5.3 acres. The estimated sale price range is $60,000 to $80,000 per acre (November 2005). The park is owned by the Port Authority of Winona.
